Talented photographer Oli works on client’s social media accounts. Creating and posting varied content across a range of digital platforms. As a qualified commercial drone operator Oli is great at capturing exciting aerial video and photos. He also has the expertise to create engaging visual content using revolutionary 360° photograph and video technology, helping to give our clients a competitive advantage.
Oli loves: A pint (or few) at the Golden Eagle.
Digital Marketing Executive
Our newest recruit Owen manages client’s digital marketing and social media campaigns. He started his career in retail talent acquisition and social media before moving into marketing and commercial development at L’Oréal. Passionate about all things digital Owen works with each client to develop a digital strategy and create bespoke content for social media and e-shots.
Owen loves: Going to the gym but does love a cheesecake too!
Marion has been with ads creative solutions from the start with our accounts and office management in her capable hands for over 30 years. It is amazing to think of the technical advances Marion has embraced in that time, having overseen the delivery of the first computer, fax machine and mobile phone to several different offices over the years. With our beautiful rural offices in West Oxfordshire being her favourite.
Marion loves: Being outdoors, particularly walking in the Lake District or the West Country
Event management specialist Sally, has over 15 years’ experience project managing, designing content and running promotional campaigns for a huge variety of events ranging from exhibitions and conferences to corporate hospitality. As joint owner of ads creative solutions Sally’s operational role involves her in the day to day running of the business, putting strategy, marketing expertise and processes in place to ensure ads creative solutions continue to provide their clients with the highest possible standards of service.

Ali is a marketing communications specialist who works with clients to develop their overarching marketing strategy and plan tactical campaigns. She has over 30 years’ experience of managing the delivery of integrated marketing communications activity including PR, direct mail, advertising, events, e-marketing, digital and social media across a variety of business sectors.
Ali loves: A swimming challenge, preferring the aqua waters of Ibiza to the Thames
Business Development Manager
A thirty-year career as a Senior Manager at BT, working in the City project managing prestigious global financial and government contracts, stood Mandy in good stead to move into event management and latterly new business development for ads creative solutions. Building close working relationships through networking and recommendations, Mandy is very experienced at helping new clients to review their marketing strategy and identify opportunities. She will then brief our in-house team of specialists to find and propose effective marketing solutions tailored to turn each client’s business goals into reality.
Digital Marketing Manager
Ben started life at ads creative solutions as a digital marketing apprentice. A combined talent and passion for design and all things digital, soon saw him heading up the digital marketing team. Ben is that rare breed of ‘techy’ who is equally skilled at developing highly creative and visually engaging digital campaigns for our clients. Up to speed with new digital trends and the latest technology Ben is our go-to person for websites, social media campaigns, e-marketing and digital advertising.
Ben loves: Travelling and Chelsea FC.
Kelly joined ads creative solutions as an account manager over 12 years ago, quickly building strong relationships with clients, many of whom she still supports today. In 2014, when an opportunity presented itself to buy the business, it was an easy decision to make. Kelly’s huge wealth of marketing knowledge and experience gained delivering marketing strategies and integrated campaigns for businesses of all shapes and sizes provides the foundation for all that ads creative solutions do. Kelly sits on the membership committee of business networking organisation, BNI Oxford Spires.
Kelly loves; Anything to do with sport, the great outdoors and Harley, her cockapoo.
Digital Marketing Executive
Reece creates bespoke social media, website and blog content for our clients. A skilled wordsmith he will immerse himself in a client’s business to fully understand their ethos and values. Whether working on a one-off article or a full content marketing campaign Reece researches keywords and phrases before crafting fully optimised digital content to engage audiences and help clients to promote their products and services.
Reece loves: Arsenal FC – a bit too much
Trainee Harley is being groomed for a management role in the future. He is currently gaining first-hand experience, working across each department to establish where his many talents will be best suited. He is a popular member of the team, always up for a cuddle if needed.
Harley loves: Going to the pub, open water swimming and snoozing.
Nikki joined ads creative solutions in 2016 as a social media and marketing executive bringing a wealth of online and offline marketing experience. Skilfully tailoring successful campaigns, Nikki quickly nurtured strong relationships with clients and soon stepped up to her current account management role. Nikki works closely with clients in a variety of sectors to design and develop marketing strategies and implement a range of new and traditional media campaigns. A member of The Chartered Institute of Marketing Nikki holds a Level 4 Certificate in Marketing.
Nikki loves: Exercising with glow sticks and ‘banging tunes’ in a darkened room with club lighting! Otherwise known as Glowbeatz (It is a thing)
Debbie Marshall Thomas
Debbie works on the day to day running of client accounts, assisting with marketing strategy and the implementation of online and offline campaigns. Immersing herself in her client’s business to fully understand requirements, Debbie is very experienced at taking a brief, overseeing our team of marketing specialists to plan and deliver tailored marketing solutions that deliver a great return on investment. Debbie is a member of The Chartered Institute of Marketing recently attaining her Level 4 Certificate in Marketing.
Debbie loves: Running (to counteract the effects of her love for wine!)
With over 20 years’ experience talented in-house graphic designer Ruth is passionate about the power of good design. An Adobe Creative Suite expert, she will work with clients to understand company values and business goals, that will inform the beautiful and bespoke visual content she creates. From brochures and leaflets, to advertisements for websites and social media, Ruth works across both traditional and digital spaces, designing captivating campaigns helping to draw in audiences, and set our clients apart from the competition.
