Established over 100 years ago, Frilford Heath Golf Club is located in South Oxfordshire on 500 acres of glorious undulating heathland. Now boasting three championship 18-hole courses, top of the range simulators and a state-of-the-art golf shop and performance centre.
Frilford Heath Golf Club approached ads creative solutions with an exciting brief, appointing us to develop a marketing strategy and deliver multi-channel campaigns to increase sales for corporate days and events and to build their club membership.
what we did
Working with the team at Frilford Heath we analysed customer insight and lifestyle information to ‘paint a picture’ of the club’s target audience. We developed an overarching marketing strategy to include traditional and digital channels and planned tactical campaigns to promote a full programme of events and offers to existing members and prospective customers.
We deliver integrated marketing activity to support the sales of corporate golf days, annual memberships, club visitor packages, golf shop sales and restaurant bookings. We produce and distribute regular member and visitor communications including printed material, e-newsletters and through social media. We are on-hand to respond to client requests for artwork and the production of onsite signage, banners, posters, gazebos and event stands.
In 2018 Frilford Heath saw an outstanding rise in their social media engagement including over 400 new page likes (+128% on the previous year), 336 new followers on Twitter and an impressive 658 new followers (+226%) on Instagram. In total their social media campaign drove almost 19,000 visits to the Frilford Heath website.
