Sobell House Hospice based in Oxford, has provided palliative care, specialist advice and support to patients, their families, close friends and professional colleagues in the community for over 40 years.
Reliant on the help of individuals and businesses to raise funds to support care, research and education, Sobell House are looking to raise an additional £4 million over the next 4 years to ensure everyone in Oxfordshire has access to the palliative care they need. Six years ago, Sobell House engaged ads creative solutions to promote an ambitious programme of corporate and individual fund-raising events and initiatives. We have been working collaboratively ever since to increase awareness of the work Sobell House does and raise funds.
what we did
For the past six years ads creative solutions has devised an integrated marketing strategy for Sobell House, targeted towards engaging with corporate sponsors and individual supporters.
Individuals and groups of supporters – We developed a plan of activity including posters, flyers, e-newsletters and social media communications to support fund-raising challenges from the Winter Walk to The London Marathon.
Local businesses – Targeted communication campaigns have worked to increase awareness of the work Sobell House does. Encouraging local businesses to get involved. ads creative solutions support companies to organise their own fund-raisers with leaflets, posters and collection tins. We work with the team at Sobell House to secure sponsorship for the charity’s series of corporate events including a series of business breakfasts and an annual golf day.
