Your customer journey needs to be seamless and your website should have clear signposts or calls to action to help your customers navigate around the site with ease.
Search engine optimisation (SEO)
All organisations would like to appear on the first page of a search engine results page, yet this is unlikely to happen if you haven’t optimised your website through the design or the copy. We can take a look and let you know where improvements can be made – action these and you will soon see your website rising up through the search pages.
As part of your website audit, we can also look through your Google Analytics account if you have one. This will enable us to see where traffic is coming from and what visitors tend to look at on your website once there – among many other things! This could also help us to put some measurable goals in place and use this as a benchmark so you can see how we have helped you improve your site’s performance over time.
